Newly arrived from Wako: Green Dragon Shihan-maki #6 flute

Just last week we received a new stock item: the Green dragon lacquered Shihan-maki #6 western tuned (Bb) flute from Japan. It is a beautiful flute with strikingly strong tones. It is very easy to play, sounds and looks amazing and includes Wako’s new specially crafted end piece (engraved to show the number of the flute) with beautiful floral patterns.

Unlike smaller flutes, the #6 is not so high pitched that it sounds childlike and yet it remains well sized for most adult player's fingers. It is a commonly held flute, if not the first flute most players own. A #6 flute is sure to increase your opportunities to play amongst other shinobue players.
